3. Snap it — a few sharp shakes activates the chill.

Common questions
How long does it stay cold?
Roughly 30 to 60 minutes per activation, depending on how hot and humid it is. Drier heat lasts longer. Re-wet and snap to reset it — there is no limit on how many times.
Does it work with any bag?
Yes. The carabiner clips to tote handles, Bogg-style bags, gym bags, backpacks, belt loops, strollers, golf bags and coolers. If it has a loop or a handle, it clips.
Will it soak the inside of my bag?
No — that is the whole point of the case. The towel goes back in the silicone case damp, the case drains and vents, and it hangs on the outside of your bag instead of leaking through everything inside it.
Is it actually reusable?
Yes. Rinse it, let it dry, and it is ready for the next day. Machine wash it when it needs it.

Arrived faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? That is on us. Send a photo and we will refund or replace it, and in most cases you will not need to send anything back.
Changed your mind? Also fine within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost on change-of-mind returns.
Orders outside the US may attract local import duties. Those are set by your country, are not collected at checkout, and are the customer's responsibility.

Why not just buy a regular cooling towel?
