Caldra · Heath, Texas

Cold in three seconds. Clipped to your bag.

A cooling towel that rides on the outside of your gym bag in a vented case, so it's actually with you when the heat shows up. Soak it, snap it, wear it.

The gear that helps is the gear you brought

Most people already own something for the heat. A towel in a drawer, a fan plugged in at a desk. Neither one is in the car at a 2pm soccer game in October, which is the only time it was ever for.

So I only stock cooling gear small enough to stay on you: in a bag, on a belt, around your neck. If it needs an outlet or a ziplock bag, I don't sell it.

Hi, I'm Liam

I run Caldra myself out of Heath, Texas, where the heat starts in May and hangs around well past Labor Day. Everything here is something I'd actually clip to my own bag.

The shop is new, so there aren't any reviews yet, and I'm not going to fake them. What I can promise: a real person answers your email (me), you get 30 days to change your mind, and if something shows up broken I'll replace it without making you mail it back.

30 days to decide. Broken on arrival? I cover it.

Shipping is free on every order with no minimum. Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days, then take 10 to 20 business days to reach you. That's the real window, and I'd rather you know it now.

If it arrives broken, damaged or wrong, send me a photo and I'll refund or replace it. You won't pay return shipping, and usually you won't need to send it back at all. Just changed your mind? That's fine within 30 days too. Return shipping on that one is on you.

Questions people ask before ordering

How long will my order take?

It ships in 1 to 2 business days, then takes 10 to 20 business days to arrive.

Orders ship straight from the manufacturer, which is how shipping stays free with no minimum. That's slower than Amazon, and I'm not going to hide it. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. It can take a few days for tracking to start updating, which is normal.

If it hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email me and I'll track it down or send a replacement.

What if I don't like it?

You have 30 days from delivery.

Broken, damaged or not what you ordered: send a photo and I'll refund or replace it in full. You don't pay return shipping, and most of the time you won't need to send it back.

Changed your mind: also fine within 30 days, as long as it's unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping on those is on you, and I'd use a tracked service.

Why aren't there any reviews?

Because the shop just opened, and I won't make any up.

A lot of new stores copy supplier reviews or write their own. That's been illegal in the US since the FTC's fake review rule took effect in October 2024, and it makes everything else on the page harder to trust.

Real reviews will show up here as real customers leave them, including the not-so-great ones.

I'm outside the US. Will I pay anything extra?

Maybe, but not to me.

Your country might charge import duties, taxes or a handling fee when the package arrives. Those are set by your government, aren't collected at checkout here, and are paid by the customer. I can't predict or control them.

Who am I actually buying from?

Me, Liam, in Heath, Texas.

This isn't a marketplace listing or a pop-up shop that vanishes when the weather cools off. Use the contact form and I'll answer, usually the same day.

Not sure which one you need? Ask me.
