Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum and no threshold, wherever you are.

How long it takes

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 10 to 20 business days, depending on where you are and how customs is moving that week.

I'm upfront about that window because it's the real one. Orders ship straight from the manufacturer, which is how shipping stays free and prices stay where they are. If you need something fast, this isn't the right store, and I'd rather tell you now than after you've paid.

The estimated delivery dates on each product page are the best guide I can give.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a tracking number once it ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after that. That's normal and doesn't mean anything went wrong.

Customs, duties and import taxes

If you're ordering from outside the United States, your country may charge import duties, taxes or a handling fee when the package arrives. Those are set by your government, not by me. They aren't included in the checkout price, they're paid by the customer, and I have no way to predict, control or refund them.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact me and I'll track it down or replace it. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, I cover it.

Please double-check your address at checkout. I can't redirect a package once it's on its way, and orders sent to an address that was entered wrong aren't covered.
