These terms govern your use of caldracool.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are
Caldra is a sole proprietorship based in Heath, Texas, United States. You can reach us through the contact page.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we do, you are refunded in full.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Where a specification is still being confirmed with the manufacturer, the product page says so rather than estimating. Product photos are representative, and colors can look different on different screens.
Where a figure is supplied by the manufacturer rather than measured by us, it is labeled that way.
Shipping, returns and refunds
These are covered in full in our Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Import duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are set by your government, are not collected at our checkout, and are the customer's responsibility.
Use of the products
Our fans are battery-powered devices. Charge them on a hard surface, unplug them once charged, do not use a damaged unit, and keep them out of reach of young children unless supervised, as with any small electrical item. Our cooling products are comfort items. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim to prevent, treat or diagnose any condition, including heat illness.
Intellectual property
The Caldra name, logo, site design and written content are ours. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. Where your local law gives you more than these terms do, your local law applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
