Which mode should I use?
Desk stand — open it flat.

Handheld — fold it closed.
For queues, platforms, and anywhere you only need cooling for a minute or two.

Arrived faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? That is on us. Send a photo and we will refund or replace it, and in most cases you will not need to send anything back.
Changed your mind? Also fine within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost on change-of-mind returns.
